孩子要作為社會新一代棟梁。首先要受到良好的品質教育。這樣的教育基礎建立在道館與家長的溝通上。讓我們更清楚孩子除課堂外各項能力的表現，從而讓代課教練積極吸取意見，想出方法，為每個孩子的不足之處對症下葯。
為此，吳橋青少年宮特意舉辦一次家長交流會，為了我們更加出色的完成工作，為了您的孩子德、智、體、美，的全面發展。希望您務必准時參加。在第一時間把您好的意見傳達給教練，我們會盡最大努力來完成家長的期望。同時，我們也藉此次活動，向所有支持、關心我們俱樂部發展的家長朋友，作一次訓練教學上的匯報交流。

家長意見：在開完家長會以後，我在教育孩子和如何與孩子溝通受到了很大啟發和教育，有時在於孩子溝通時由於方法簡單和自以為是為，我與孩子溝通產生了很大矛盾，認為自己什麼都是對的，對孩子缺乏了解是我做家長教育的失誤。由於有時缺乏了解，與孩子溝通時容易意見不一致，由於方法簡單粗暴，動不動就批評孩子，導致孩子有什麼事都不願意與家長溝通，這樣不利與家長了解孩子。在學習生活中遇到問題如不及時解決，會對以後的學習生活不良影響，影響孩子學習的積極性。通過老師的講話，也使我明白了孩子，怎樣科學的評價孩子，要鼓勵孩子為主，不要過多諷刺或譏諷。有時並不是家長有意的諷刺孩子，只是因為著急，口不擇言說出了，之後挺後悔，事後想與孩子道歉又礙於家長的面子，因而就在不經意中傷了孩子自尊。在這點上，我應該向孩子道歉。以後遇事要冷靜。如有對孩子的不滿，要先冷靜，再與孩子溝通，細心傾聽孩子的想法，盡量少說或少做傷害孩子自尊的事情。
