鍛煉同學的考試心理，訓練學生快速進入考試狀態。最佳心理狀態是緊張中有樂觀，壓力下有自信，平靜中有興奮。適度的緊張也是十分必要的，可以防止麻痹大意；認真考試，就能鍛煉自己的心理適應能力，緩解對高考的神秘感，做到把模擬考試等同於高考，視高考如同模擬考試。
