其实建议你去找一个社团学一下，因为这样会让你学得快，而且感觉，也就是街舞所说的“范”不会错。

如果想自学，多刻苦一点也是可以的。给你讲一点基本的训练前的工作。

对于Breakin新手来讲，练”力量”是必要之举！

Breakin结合中国功夫，在许多的Breakin舞蹈动作里面加入了中国功夫动作：翻、扑、滚、摔......什么怪花招都有．一般人没练过的话是不会的．其中有：排腿、前后侧空/手翻、跳转、蛙转、风车、直升机、霹雳摔、鞍马、头转以及各式组合．以旋转为主，翻身为辅．

所以力量是非常重要的。

刚开始练，不能一下急于求成，要慢慢的提高自己的力量，有了力量以后的动作才会做的出来，做的好看。

练习时请注意以下几点：

1．初步训练时，切不可一下子加大运动量，要循序渐进。
2．服装装备：最好准备色彩鲜艳的T恤，宽松透气的裤子，弹性较好的运动鞋。
3．街舞强调随意性，要求动作松弛，所以训练时，要尽可能放松自己的肌肉、关节，让它们更灵活。
4．在练舞期间注意补充水分，最好是白开水，或者选择不含糖的饮料。
5．不要起的太早，6：00为最佳。

早练：
6：05 活动各关节，舒展筋骨。
6：08 徒步快走3分钟，跑起来，且是慢跑。
6：20 加速，快跑。不要太快。自己掌握速度。（注意：跑的时候中间不要停下来。）
6：40 跑步归来，放松歇息，可以洗漱。
7：00 组合训练：两边起的仰卧起坐10-20个，俯卧腿臂上振10-20个（若以前没接触过就做5-10个）；接着喘几口气，俯卧撑15个以上；喘几口气，稍走几步，到外面蛙跳（数量因人而异）。然后休息放松。

刚开始不要把每项训练都做到身体的极限。

这只是最基础每天都要的运动。

我就不给你写太多了，因为每天都是差不多的，前3天只是适应的一个过程，等三天以后，记得按照我的计划给自己加大运动量，慢慢加大。而且不止早上，晚上也要练习，3天以后就可以进行倒立练习。

而且你要根据你的时间去安排，怎么样能达到最大运动量，每天还要早睡，保证精神足够。

B-boy重要的是臂力和腰力，你可以查一下怎么针对那两项训练

最主要的是坚持。

Ⅷ 兔子舞怎么跳

跳兔子舞就是要跟着音乐的歌词跳，节奏是：左，左，右，右，前，后，前，前，前。（“左，左，右，右” 就是跳起来，把左脚往旁边踢，踢2次，然后右脚也跳踢2次，“前”就是往前跳，“后”就是往后跳。）
