家长意见：在开完家长会以后，我在教育孩子和如何与孩子沟通受到了很大启发和教育，有时在于孩子沟通时由于方法简单和自以为是为，我与孩子沟通产生了很大矛盾，认为自己什么都是对的，对孩子缺乏了解是我做家长教育的失误。由于有时缺乏了解，与孩子沟通时容易意见不一致，由于方法简单粗暴，动不动就批评孩子，导致孩子有什么事都不愿意与家长沟通，这样不利与家长了解孩子。在学习生活中遇到问题如不及时解决，会对以后的学习生活不良影响，影响孩子学习的积极性。通过老师的讲话，也使我明白了孩子，怎样科学的评价孩子，要鼓励孩子为主，不要过多讽刺或讥讽。有时并不是家长有意的讽刺孩子，只是因为着急，口不择言说出了，之后挺后悔，事后想与孩子道歉又碍于家长的面子，因而就在不经意中伤了孩子自尊。在这点上，我应该向孩子道歉。以后遇事要冷静。如有对孩子的不满，要先冷静，再与孩子沟通，细心倾听孩子的想法，尽量少说或少做伤害孩子自尊的事情。
